Hello Micah,
Actually, your case was a bit different. Your account was being moderated, and not this was not due to bouncing emails. However, I’ve unmoderated your account now, as your account looks good so far.
Happy grazing!

Hello Greg,
We recently had issues with MSN and Hotmail bouncing our email, and some user accounts were deactivated. Unfortunately, you were one of those accounts. I have reactivated your account for you, as the issues has now been resolved. However, I suggest switching your COW account to a more stable email provider, such as Gmail or a personal domain email address.

We recently had an issue with hotmail bouncing our email, and some user accounts were deactivated when this happened. Unfortunately, you were one of them. The issue is resolved now, and I have reactivated your account for you. Due to the nature of hotmail, I suggest you change your COW account email to another mail service, such as gmail, or a personal email, etc.

Hello Declan,
Every time your IP address changes, the system will try to detect your location again. I see your IP address has changed at least 3 times this month, which must be part of the issue.
Here’s another thread about this issue:
https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/1/858985#858988Unfortunately, we are reliant on the location given to us by the service we use to turn IP addresses into real locations. However, the location displayed on your profile page will remain the same, until you manually change it.
