Thank you for the feedback about this. The YouTube issue should be resolved, as it was the type of YouTube embed being used, but should work properly now in iOS. As far as the selection in iOS goes, I’m not seeing this being something the COW can fix, as it seems to be working the same on the COW as it does on other sites. On the page you linked to, it does seem the selections with iOS are acting funny. It’s possible there is something the YouTube video is doing with the iOS selection mechanism, but the COW isn’t causing this issue. Please let us know if you see anything else which needs a closer look.

Hello Viktor,

All your job application postings have been approved except for the ones sent to the job posting in Sri Lanka. It will be up to the poster of the job to get back to you about whether the particular job application is accepted or not, but we have sent notifications to the job posters. If you go to the job you posted a reply to you will see your post, which shows it has been approved. You will be notified if the job poster replies to your application.

Approved notifications of replies to jobs are sent to the original poster of the job listing. Your particular replies to this job were not approved, because the job is on location in Sri Lanka, and you are not in Sri Lanka. You also did not mention you were willing to relocate to Sri Lanka to fill the position. We do not approve replies to job listings when the job is a great distance away, and is on location. This policy helps reduce spam for people and companies listing their jobs at Creative COW.
