What file format are you trying to save into? Generally to get transparency you can use PNG, PSD, MOV or GIF.
Also what version of PS are you using? If you use the export as MOV in CS3 that should work to get it easily into FC. -

Glad the new look is catching on. There are some exciting things expected for the home page as well which hasn’t changed yet, but in the next few weeks we should be able to roll out something special.

For the most part Email client programs like outlook or thunderbird don’t want you to use their programs to send out newsletter style emails. They want to cut back on the amount of spam that gets sent through their systems. You need to buy a 3rd party program that is specifically designed for html mailings or newsletter mailings.

or

Bret Williams came up with the design, Eric and I worked on getting it working in the COW. Still a few loose ends to get working but I’m sure by the end of the week everything should be working smoothly.
