IATSE Launches 2022 VFX Workers Rates and Conditions Study

Hey there fellow VFX workers! VFX-IATSE is conducting a poll to spread knowledge of what we are worth, and so we as workers know how our working conditions and pay compare to industry standards.

The IATSE goal is to create a more sustainable VFX industry for all, and for workers to have a seat at the table to exercise consent over our own lives.

All submissions will be anonymized and tallied with aggregated totals. However, collecting contact info is necessary to ensure the authenticity of all survey submissions. Results of this survey are to be released early 2023. Click here to view last year’s results.
