I’ve just started using an older version of Adobe Premiere Pro so I haven’t quite got the hang of it just yet.
I wanted to use a specific video, but I don’t want the bottom part of the video to be visible to the screen. Sony Vegas has a feature where you can zoom up and/or turn the picture/video. Is there a way for Premiere?

Double click on the clip to load it in the Viewer window.
Click on the Effect Controls tab.
Click on the triangle next to fx Motion.
There you will find controls to Scale (zoom) and Rotate.

If you need to reposition the the clip in your frame, click on the four-cornered box next to the word Motion. This will let you click and drag the clip around in the Program window.
