Zooming the sequence
Posted by Ernest Ratliff on January 14, 2013 at 2:09 pmJust upgraded to CS6, is there any way to get the zoom slider back on the sequence? The keyboard commands don’t have enough granularity for me.

January 14, 2013 at 6:21 pmThat’s just it, it isn’t there. I’ve reset my windows, tried different views, I just do not have the resize slider for the sequence pane.
EDIT: And I just figured it out, instead of the separate slider like in CS 5.5 and like the project pane still has, the sequence pane works entirely differently and you have to grab onto the end of the scroll bar. I don’t understand why they would leave it the old way for one pane, and make it a new way (with poor discoverability) for another.

January 14, 2013 at 10:36 pmYou can also zoom in and out by holding Alt and scrolling the mouse will.
The zoom will be where you park the mouse in the timeline.———————————————–

Oddly enough, it’s working on my Mac.

January 15, 2013 at 3:08 pmI swap’d out the newer mac mouse that scrolls for an older mac mouse that does not. Bluetooth to USB.
I was trying to do this by moving the mouse around…Chris
