  • Zooming in Timeline: Keyboard Shortcut?

I’ve looked all over and I just can’t seem to dig it up. I had configured my mouse’s scroll wheel to correspond to the same keystrokes to make the timeline zoom in & out. ie: scroll back to zoom out & scroll forward to zoom in.

I had to reinstall my OS & apps and such (we won’t get into this) and now need to RE-configure my mouse as it was before. I just cannot, for the life of me, seem to find a keyboard shortcut for timeline zooming. But I certainly had it before.

I’m on 6.5 Pro & OS X 10.4.1. I’ve looked on the web & in the Adobe help documents. In the latter there is a “Keyboard Shortcut” section & it even includes some zooming. But not the zooming I’m looking for. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks in advance!

Hold down the Option key while using the mouse scroll wheel. The + and – keys on the keyboard also zoom into the timeline.

Thanks so much. I found the alt + scroll thing on the web just after I posted my original question: just like normal. I’ll look around forever and then as soon as I break down & post a question, I find the answer in a minute or 2 after….oh well…

    Thanks again !!
