You cannot. Two solutions: nest the clip and zoom in on the nest or add the “Camera View” effect and control the zoom parameter. The latter will probably be the easiest.

Thanks. The nesting option worked like a charm. But I’m curious what you mean by camera view. I don’t see it in the effects panel. It sounds like something from After Effects.
