  ZOOM TOOL keyboard shortcuts

  I’m using CS3 on a MacPro 10.5.8 and have had an irritating problem.

  I can use the Command+ Plus/Minus keys to zoom in and out but if I use Command+Spacebar+Click, it’ll enlarge a few times then jumps to the closest possible view. This inconsistancy is annoying to say the least. This works fine in Photoshop and I’ve been used to doing it for years and can’t break the habit not to in InDesign..when it works at smaller views it should work continuously to the closest view..n’est pas?

  I haven’t found anything in the forum, but have looked at the preference settings in various windows/configurations, none of which has an incremental setting as far as i can judge. Am I overlooking something or is this a glitch problem in this version?
