Zoom Timeline Keyboard Shortcut not working
I’m on CC2017.0.2 and newish to Premiere. In previous versions I was able to map my keyboard to zoom the timeline in and out. Now when I use my keyboard shortcut for that when I have the timeline window selected my shortcuts don’t do anything. When I have the program monitor selected, it zooms the “timeline” ruler marks in the program monitor, but that’s not very helpful.
I checked my shortcuts and it says my shortcut is for zoom in/out timeline window. Any thoughts on how to get this to zoom my timeline view?

I had to re-map my keyboard once to get those and other similar features to work. I was able to get the + and – to zoom in and out on any viewer or timeline, plus the \ to show the whole sequence. So, you might try a new keyboard (save to a new preset name).
