  Zoom q3 HD image stability & stroboscopy

  For shots with zoom q3 HD, Is there a way to improve the image stability ? There is no apare image stabilizer.
  Stroboscopic effect is noticeable even in slow panning.
  Of course I do not use the digital zoom.
