The new feature in 6.0.2. I assigned Command +/- keyboard shortcuts to it. Every time I use it, it registers in the undo list. So if I make an edit and then zoom in 5 times, I have to hit undo 6 times just to undo the last edit.

    Anyone else notice this?

I just use the default, Option +/- and it does not take up any undos. I did program the ‘H’ key to Zoom in 400% to mimic the Avid’s quick zoom in and Option H to zoom to 100%. Not exactly the same since Avid remembers the previous zoom level and snaps back to that, but still a very useful shortcut.

I’m using Command +/-. Maybe that’s causing it. I’ll switch. Thanks.

I just checked it. There is no default shortcut for this new command. You’re using regular zoom in/out, not the new one.

“Zoom In on Playhead in Timeline” is the new command from 6.0.2. You have to manually assign a keyboard shortcut for it. The undo problem is still there even if you assign it to Option +/-
