zoom in on 4×6 image
When I use an upright image, ex. 4×6 then try to zoom in or move it with pan crop, it cuts off the image. How do I get around this so I can put an image anywhere on the wide screen?

When you’re in Pan/Crop, right click and select Match Output Aspect.

Another method would be to use track motion to move it and pan/crop for zooming
