    Hello
I have a very good camcorder Sony. I sometimes shoot classical concerts. Of course, The microphone is enough.
Another side, I intend to buy a camera zoom type H4N for recordings of good quality.
Do you think incidentally, I can use the micro H4N as extra camcorder, By connecting the camcorder's microphone input.

I know, It is a little twisted, But important to me.
Indeed, I know that, for best results we must capture and record sé PAR ement then mix, But I do not want to do this every time. Thus, Failing, I think that the zoom microphones are of a different quality than the camcorder.

Some recorder (tascam) have a line out or headphones. Do-that connects one of the 2 outputs on the camcorder's microphone input, I will get better with the microphone on the camcorder ?

    Thank you all

Hello Bertrand and welcome to the Cow Audio Forum.

Most camera mounted mics on camcorders are OK at best. If yours is any better, good for you.

I don’t know what a camera zoom type recorder is. Perhaps your message is getting mangled in translation.

    Regards,
