When trying to export a 3D object from Zaxwerks 3D Invigorator, I instantly get “After Effects error: crash occurred while invoking effect plug-in “3D Invigorator.” It’s a fairly simply shape that was imported from Illustrator. Suggestions?
Specs: Mac OS X, After Effects CS4, .ai file saved as Illustrator 8 for import.

Which version of 3D Invigorator are you currently running? If you are not using 3D Invigorator PRO version 5.1.0, please download it from our page below:
If you are having issues with version 5.1.0, please send me the Illustrator file and I will take a look at what you are running into. My e-mail address is [email protected]

Thanks Edward! I am using 3D Invigorator Pro 4.5.1. I downloaded 5.1 and ran it from demo mode. However, the feature I’m trying to use “export 3D object” is dimmed out.
I’m emailing you the original file for assistance.

The demo version won’t allow you to export objects until the software is authorized. I didn’t run into any issues using your project file, but I sent you a reply with another way that you can try exporting your objects.
