  zaxwerks computer crash

  Hello there,
  I bought the downloadable version of 4.3 pro animator from digital juice, and I started working by creating a 3D text (title) with animation. after I finished creating the title I exported to a quicktime onto my desktop. when I tried to open it, it didn’t open and the blue screen came up. I rebooted the computer and I opened Avid and tried to import that file into it, but Avid crashed, so I tried to open that quicktime file again, it did open and again a blue screen came up. I restarted the computer, but there was no OS and my 2TB of harddrive was wiped out.
  is this a common bug or did I do something wrong?
  since then I never used that software although I paid a lot of money for it plus I lost all my clients old projects.
  I got the update. the 4.5.1 but after I had bad experience I am not touching it.
  any thought is appreciated 🙂
