    Hi,
Im using Zaxwerks 3D Invigorator Pro3 in After effects 6.5. It doesnt always work how i want it to be, but its OK.
The realy problem is that i cant import/use Ai. files. I am using the cs version of illustrator and i know i have to export them to version 8.0 or less.
But it doesnt seem to work. After effects crashes and since i use zaxwerk it does crash a lot! The strange thing is, when i use a ai. file from a tutorial of John Dickinson(thanks man you got good tutorials!!!!), it does work.
Maby its something in my preferences in AFx or Illustrator? I dont now!!!!
    Thanks
    TIELMAN

    Hi,

First what version of Invigorator are you using? If your version is not too old you should be able to open a CS file without having to save it to version 8 or whatever. I discovered that all you need to do is to uncheck the “Use Compression” box in the Option window that appears when you are saving your file in IL.

Let me know if you still have problems.

    Salut.
    Serge

    thanks for the help man.
But I found the problem all ready. There must be a bug into my cs version. So i installed illustrator 10.0, that i still had, agian. Cs en 10 doesnt have that many differeces, so im planning to use it again.
I have no problem at all to save as 8.0 and open it with zaxwork…
    Im using zaxwork 3.0 Pro
