I’m having a problem with the Z-positioning bouncing in between two key frames that apparently should be constant without an easy-ease, bezier, or continuous bezier, but it fails by bouncing back a few in Z-space when I didn’t tell it to. This issue also appears when using a camera in Z-space too.

Does anyone what is going on here?

Select your keyframes, right-click on one and choose Keyframe Interpolation. If you want your keyframes to be linear then set both parameters to linear there.
