Youtube audio/video problem
Hello,
I have uploaded the same video twice using different codec settings because when I try to upload a video into youtube, the video and audio become offset by about a second. The video plays fine straight from my computer in quicktime but if you watch the movie you will notice an offset of a significant number of frames. Watch here:

IBM tower, Windows XP, 2.66Ghz, 512 MB RAM.
Here are the codec specs for the video I used:
Encoded out of Premiere Pro 2.0 into quicktime format using Mpeg-4 Video, millons of colors, 360×240, 0.9 pixel aspect ratio, 50% quality and have lowered the maximum bitrate to 200 kbs (gotta get a 6 minute video under 100 MB). Audio is uncompressed at a 22050khz sample rate, 8-bit sample tpe, stereo and 1 second interleaving. Is this offset a common problem or am I missing something obvious? All help welcome.
