    Not sure u can. Ive heard some Windows users have work arounds invoving cache files so there is probably a way to do on a Mac. My only solution is to use a program like SnapzPro to record it.

    Those videos are so compressed as it is they are not going o look that good if you could even get them

    snapz pro can live capture, I do it all the time, for internal videos, it creates large files though. It also takes a long time.

    There is also a program called YouPod, which saves them to iPod MPEG4 format. I dunno if there is a program which will allow you to specify the codec you want them in
