Yikes! none of my image wells are working anymore…
Hi, Ive seen this problem pop up in the internet, but with no solutions…my image wells are not working in Motion 4.0.2. Huh? They all appear dead, for example if I add an Image Mask to the timeline and try and drag an image from either finder or File Browser within Motion, it’s a no go. It won’t “stick.” Anyone know what could be wrong? Thx!!!

You can’t add an image to and image well for a mask from the File Browser – it has to already be in your project. First add it to the Layers tab, then drag from the Layers tab into the well.

Duh! thx, I think you have said this before:) Would be more intuitive if you could add stuff from the Motion internal file browser (which should add to project automagically) but I am sure there is a good reason for this “feature.” thx!!!
