  Yellow Ghosting at top of Video Clips

  Can anyone tell me why I’m getting the yellow ghosting at the top of this video clip after importing it into Vegas (12)? If I play the raw clip in Windows Media player the ghosting is not there. The clips says it’s an MP4-Video, 852 x 480, 115kbps 30 frames/second. The clip was downloaded fro Hudl (sports video hosting site). I’ve had this happen before, but not very often. Usually the downloaded clips look fine in Vegas.

  As a side note, when the clip is imported into Windows Movie Maker there is no yellow ghosting.
