Yellow background appears in PNG transparency
I’m trying to use RED on a PNG image with transparency and it seems every preset I use creates this yellow background in the image where the transparency should be. Any clues as to what is causing this?

Are you using the 64-bit version of RED 5, or are you using RED as a 32-bit program? In addition, which exact version of RED are you using, and what OS are you on? Lastly, do you think you can send me a copy of one of these PNG files? You can send it to support@borisfx.com – and you can put it to my attention (Jon). I’ll take a look at it and see if I experience the same problem.
