x,y motion to y,z
Pretty sure this is a simple one; how can i convert the x,y motion of say a light into y,z?

Two ways to do it:
either write an expression like this for position:
[ 0 , value[0], value[1] ]
or parent the light to a 3D null and then rotate that Null + or – 90 degrees around the Red Axis
The benefit of using the Null is you can reposition, or even resize the motion
