XviD and AE.
i have Xvid and divx installed on my computer, and they work fine in final cut pro and vegas but i’m trying to get into AE but for some reason neither codecs are showing up as exporting options. I tried to google this info but cant find much.
Do I have to manually install these codecs? Is it even possible?

I would recommend exporting your projects in a lossless codec, and then do your xvid compression using a tool like virtualdub.
