Xpress 3.0 locators
We have two Avid Xpress 3.0 systems (yeah, I know… as outdated as a Corvair).
Q:
There ain’t no way to apply locators during digitizing, right?______

I’m pretty sure you can, as long as you map a locater to your keyboard. Just bang it when you want it, and it’ll show up after the digitize if finished.
