    Hi all,
I did a scene detect from a 5 min. clip in DaVinci, saved XML File, and imported it for some rescaling tasks in After Effects. (what a pitty, that there is no XDCam HD Output and Audio in DaVinci)
I got a lot of layers with the right durations, at the right position, -as I expected – but every layer starts with the first frame of the clip.

Imported the same XML to Fcp, everything is fine.

Any Afx Specialist who can tell what I did wrong?

    thx

After Effects does not have native support for XML from FCP. Whose plugin are you using?

Does it help if you scrub the XML from Resolve through FCP first?

Premiere supports Resolve 8.2 beta 4 XMLs pretty nicely, and then roundtrips to After Effects even more nicely. Would that be an option?

    thanks for your responses.
I used automatic duck which is free now as afx plugin.
@ Vladimir: Good idea with premiere, I’ll give it a try and tell you, if it works
