XML to AE
(with no directions from M100) – I have downloaded the Adobe After Effects Project Importer and dropped it into the AE plugins/format folder.
Restarted AE – created a new project & attempted to open an exported XML file – but with no luck.
Any thoughts?
(M100 V13.02 – AE CS4)

Adobe once again has changed the AE import approach for CS4. The plugin you have downloaded should work in CS3, but right now not in CS4. You need an updated plugin for CS4, which I would guess could arrive around the time of the next Media 100 release…
A workaround right now is to import the XML into AE CS3, save the project there and then open it in CS4. Not perfect, but works flawlessly. -
