xml export to AE import
hi all,
i’m trying to export a sequence from FCP via the xml export function. All is good, but when i try and import into AE it won’t let me…any idea how to do this?do i need to buy the Automatic Duck importer?
any help is appreciated

the FCP XML Export will create an XML with a specific structure used by FCP for describing the sequence … unless AE now understands that structure then yes, you need a third party solution such as Automatic Duck to translate your sequence data into a format that AE can understand
