XML Export Hanging?
Hello PrPro users,
Anyone found a problem with export to XML feature? Im trying to share a sequence with an FCP7 user. Select the sequence and say export, it will get about 1/3 of the way across the menu bar and then hang. PrPro then crashes. Very impolite!
Maybe its some media in the sequence/project its having trouble accessing? Shouldn’t be this painful really!
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated (other than CC sucks etc etc)

Create a copy of the project, open it up and go to menu > project > remove unused. Now try to export the XML.
Removing unused does a lot of behind the scenes housekeeping to the Premiere Project file.
Worth it as a troubleshooting step.
