    Hi there,

I’m attempting to batch sync audio using PluralEyes.

I’m trying to sync XMF files from a Canon C300 mkII.

In Premiere Pro, these XMF files DO have audio, the on-board mic, that I can hear.

However, in PluralEyes, the audio from these MXF files is not there. Likewise, when I play the file in VLC player.

Therefore, PluralEyes is unable to sync the files by audio.

Is there a way I can import the XMFs into PluralEyes and have them maintain the in-file audio?

    Best

    Dale
