  XL2 to DVD and PAR

  this is a 6 post thread on my current problem, I think it might benefit from someone with canon knowledge. I really dont undesrtand what happens on DV tape, but basically what comes out at DVD via mpeg 2 is nothing like my DV quality, and since movies fit on dvd, I wonder what theyre doing that I’m not. If they can fit loads of beasty quality on a dvd, why cant I get DV quality on dvd??

  plus a little help with exporting and PAR which reading the thread will clarify.

  Ive used the camera for a year and a half and premiere pro the same, so though I’m no expert on the technicalities, I’ve know my way round pretty well.
