XL1 Footage wont import
How bout this one guys.
I shot some video with a sony fx1 and have been using FCE 4 for the editing. A friend of mine also shot some video at the same time with an XL1 and now I want to import it into my project but FCE tells me it cannot recognize my HDV deck. What should I do?

Sony decks will not import canon footage… We use a Z1U and an XLH1 here… We have Sony decks and we can only import sony from them, but for canon footage we cature straight from the camera, it sucks, but it works.
