Trying to minimize harshness of fluorescents in a classroom – shooting for Web elearning series. Any advice on presets, camera settings, white balance, anything to deal with harsh, lowlight classroom setting?

I you will find that the floro lights will probably read at about 4300 Kelvin. It tends to look harsher in the view finder than what it is…. But I would most definitely use additional lights if you have. Possibly a red head and just bounce it to get a good spread
