XenaLS 3.0 premiere 2.0 problem
I’m using Premiere CS2 and a XenaLS card. I have uninstalled the 2.6 completely and rebooted and then installed the 3.0. the audio interface doesn’t show up in premiere under the audio hardware. I tried installing 2.6 again but audio interface still not present. I was able to capture video/audio in premiere but not play out. I then downgraded the drivers to 2.5.1 and was able to record video/audio play out audio through the XenaLS card. I now can’t play video out of the card but am able to see video if the timeline is parked or scrubbing, NOT while playing.
How can I fix this problem? Flash the card somehow? Registry files need edited?

We’re not sure what this issue is so you probably should call in to support so we can go through some things with you offline. Once support solves your issue we’ll post the resolution here for others to read.
