XDcam transfer Naming a Disk
I’m loading proxy’s with XDcam transfer 2.9. And I want to rename the disk that I’m loading so that they don’t all show as “Untitled Disk”.
But I can’t seem to change its name.
Tried switching the little disk tab back to black but that doesn’t help.

The disk must not be write protected. You can rename the disk using Get Info and changing the name or clicking the name as any other file in Finder and change the name. The U1 drive access light will start and Finder will update the name.
I just installed the new version of XDCAM transfer and was able to rename the disc from within XDCAM transfer 2.10.0. Using the information window I changed the name and hit enter.

Please make sure you have the new 2.21 version of the U1 drive software and utility.
