Do you have the 350 set up in FAM (File Access Mode) ?

thanks for the reply…i heard from someone else that i need to do that through the menu, which i will do shortly, but right now i’m trying to recapture some HDV footage…

eureka! amazing what can happen when i simply slow down and READ the manuals that came with XDCam Transfer software package!
