Im so glad that it is fixed for everyone… but i need a translation please.
    What is meant by “Run”
I right click on the dmg and there is no option to “run” the dmg.
When open the contents of the package and try to install the DMG, I get the same error as everyone reported.
So if someone can translate these instructions.. much much appreciated!

Michael is right. Transfer is no longer valid and even Browser has issues. Get Catalyst Browse and your troubles will be over.

Yes, but Catalyst is probably a darn sight more complicated than the original Transfer that I’m still using with Mountain Lion. Even Browser put me off with all the thongs it does, all I want to do is ingest my XDCAM footage from my EX 1. Problem is, I’m looking at the possibility of going to the new Sony Z150. Big sensor, better control of DOF, huge tele possibilities, still the three proper rings on the lens. Sounds great, haven’t had a feel and look yet though, must be a snag, it’s under £4000.

Sony has a new software that replaced the XDCam transfer and ClipBrowser. It worked up to OSX 10.7.5 for me, now I keep it on my older mac for offloading and do not have it on my new mac, using OSX 10.9.5. It sucks but at least I can still use it in that way…
