  XDCam Retrieving Files

  I am missing some XD Cam footage. The disc (PFD23A) itself has been erased. However, I have corresponding files on my computer that match the footage lost. There are five files for each clip. One I assume is the media and the others for metadata and so on. They look similar to this: C0031.V14B912202.mxf . Is it possible to yet retrieve the media? Even if I could just get back the video and not the audio, it would be fine. I am an Avid Media Composer software user.
