First i would like to thank all u guys who helped me for my first post.I am a recent member.ok.
Currently edit going on for a channel. We converted XDCam footage to ProRes and edited the footage. The channel needs an SD output (Digibeta). What’s the best way to convert ProRes HD to 720 for a Digi out.If i render it in 720 timeline, quality is ok but with lot of interlaced problem. What’s the best way to keep the quality and deinterlace ? Thank u

Best way is to get an HD capture card, and output via the card to the Digibeta deck. The card (any of them) will downconvert HD to SD upon output.

So do nothing software wise…just output to SD. If you aren’t doing the output, then have the place that is doing it take care of it. It is a fairly standard thing to do.
