One thing to be aware of when moving CS4 to Vista64 is that there is no way to get XDcam footage from the PDW-U1 into Premiere. There are no drivers for this drive under Vista64. According to Sony they will be available in June or July.
The only way to get XDcam footage into Premiere that I have found is by using a regular XDcam deck and firewire or SDI.
This works in FCP so you can transfer QT files to Premiere but that slows down the whole process.

AT NAB 2009 SONY showed a Tower Enclosure that allowed all cabling/wiring/powering of up to 6 PDW-U1 Drive units. Very professional!
