  XDCam MFX proxy integration

  I know someone has dicussed this, but could not find it in the posts. Does Premiere CS/Pro use the XDCAM proxy format
  without a plug-in? If so, what plug-in are you using? I want to offline a large project using XDCAM proxies. Is Premiere the best software or should I look at Avid Express or Vegas?
