XDCAM HD transfer
I have a PDW-F70, with XDCAM HD transfer software installed and FCP is still not allowing me to import. It opens the transfer program, converts the files to .mov, but the import button is grayed out. It errors as unsupported format. I’ve rebooted and changed firewie cables. It recognizes as a disk volume on my G5. Is there another device driver or codec I need? I don’t want to purchase the flip4mac software. Help!

The current version of Sony’s software does not support the 35 MBS flavor which is the highest quality and the only one most people would shoot with.
