XDCam HD 30P 60P
Hi all. I’ve got an entire documentary I shot in Australia on Sony XDCam HD (35Mbs) in 30p in order to utilize the variable speed of up to 60p.
I’ll be upgrading to V5 soon but wanted to know a couple things from other users.
Does V5 recognize files of variable frame rates in progressive format? (ver 4.0 didn’t) If not what is the best work flow to bring them into a project.
I haven’t seen this specific format available for projects–1080p, 1440. I see 1080p 1920. What is the best and least rendering, settings to go with.

I thought it came in v4, but certainly in v5 there is a 1080p/29.97 project type.
