If you have budget to spare ($199), get ProxyMill by Imagine Products. It’s how we give clients to preview raw footage from XDCAM footage with TC burn.

Thanks, I bought the program and it seems to be working fine, one small issue. The audio is breaking up a little high end cracking, still usable for transcribing but annoying any thoughts
