XDCAM EX import problems
Trying to import XDCAM EX footage into FCP 7. I installed the log and transfer plug-in and the import plug-in. I believe latest versions of both. Neither work.
When I use the import plug-in, it sees the folders but when I add source it says 0 files and no further action is allowed.
When I use log and transfer, it says “BPAV” contains unsupported media or has an invalid directory structure. Please choose a folder whose directory structure matches supported media.
I can see the files in the XDCAM Browser so I know they are there. I have imported int he past and it worked but now it doesn’t. Will someone please be my hero and tell me how to get them into FCP?

Download XDCAM Transfer v. 2:12. That should solve your problem.
