x-serve won’t shut down (please help!)

Hello,

I have encountered the same issue: I cannot successfully shut down the Xsever RAID. So, I am going to perform the unplug technique. However, I need some clarification.

There are two controller modules plugged in. Do I unplug both? If so, in what order do I unplug them and plug them back in.
