    Typically, folks have w w w . website.com and website.com go to the same place via a 301 redirect. Search engines like this too. You can see what a site is doing by using a redirect checker.

    Creative cow uses an additional 302 redirect which I don’t know much about but seems to be a bad practice. For example, Firefox is not happy when I type just creativecow.com Evidently, the additional redirect is something bad actors do. You can see more here:

    https://www.redirect-checker.org (In the search box enter https://creativecow.com)

    Creative Cow should review what it is doing with redirects.
