wrong jump in menu buttons
I have a project that in the main menu I have four text buttons arranjed vertically like:
1. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
3. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
4. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxThe first button is number 1 in its properties panel, the second is number 2, and so on.
I burnt the project DVD, and when I run it in a computer, I have no problem because each button highlights when the mouse cursor is over each one.
But when I run the DVD in a desktop DVD player, and the highlight is in the first button, when press the arrow down in the remote control, it jumps to button 3 instead of button 2.How do I fix this?

Hi Sergio,
Your buttons are probably not equally large in size?
Well, Encore DVD automatically routes the buttons on your menu. What you should do is deactivate that option (which is activated by default). Click on the menu in the project tab, then click the box in the properties tab which says ‘Automatically route buttons’.
If you then click the ‘show button routing’ option, next to the safe action/safe title option, underneath the monitor, you can see which buttons route to which. You can now click on each arrow, directing it to any button you want.
