Write XML Final Cut Pro.
Hi,
I’m currently working on some applications for a short film.
I would need to be able to create readable XML files for Final cut pro.
In order to export my project in XML format and import it into FCP.
I exported a simple sequence in XML from FCP in order to see how the XML hierachy was. Nothing really complicated. I created a new XML file and copy paste all the contact of this exported document. Then tried to import it to FCP and then It didn’t work saying that the file was not valid.
They must be some binary informations hidden in the document which makes Adobe XML files readable for every software of the brand. I couldn’t find any case of people wanted to generate their one adobe xml file.Do you any ideas or clue ?

No, XML is a pure text format. Here is the complete documentation for FCP’s XML files:
